Heritage Estates Land Use Hearing

Foothills County will hold a public hearing Wednesday, September 16, at 1:30 p.m. on a proposed redesignation in the Hamlet of Heritage Pointe under the Heritage Estates Area Structure Plan. The 15.13-acre parcel is proposed for Residential Community District, Residential Multi-Family District and Municipal Land/Reserve District uses, with about 18 multifamily lots, 43 community lots, one environmental reserve lot, one public utility lot and three municipal reserve lots. Residents may attend in person at the Foothills County Administration Building in High River or via Zoom. Register or submit written comments by 4:30 p.m. Sunday, September 13.
