Gardner Library Closure Continues During Renovation

Gardner Library at 137 E Shawnee St. remains closed during renovations expected to continue through November. The work includes partial roof replacement and interior updates such as new paint, carpet, furniture and shelving. Johnson County Library says curbside holds pickup and the book drop are unavailable during the closure, and the branch's ballot box has been relocated to the northeast corner of the property. Residents can use the Edgerton Library, about six miles away, or the Spring Hill Library, about 10 miles away, for in-person services.
