Tempe Schools Begin Fall Break

Tempe Elementary School District lists Monday, Sept. 28, as the first day of fall break, with schools closed while the district office remains open. Tempe Union High School District also lists fall break as a no-classes period beginning Sept. 28 and continuing through Oct. 9. Families should check individual school communications for any scheduled programs, athletics, meals, or other services during the break and plan transportation and child-care arrangements accordingly.
