Henrico residents must register to vote or update an existing registration by 5 p.m. on October 23 for the November 3 general election. The same deadline applies to the receipt of absentee ballot applications sent by mail or fax. Henrico's posted in-person absentee voting locations include the Western Government Center at 4305 E. Parham Road, the Eastern Government Center at 3820 Nine Mile Road, and, beginning October 18, the Varina Library at 1875 New Market Road. Residents should check their registration information and voting options before the deadline.
