Understand what information is involved, where it goes, and the choices available to you.
Scope
This policy describes LocalHousingReports.com. It covers browsing the directory, communities, profiles, articles, events, and listings. It does not govern an external agent website, original news source, listing service, or inquiry form reached through a link.
We do not sell leads
Local Housing Reports does not sell leads. Visitors may choose to follow contact links to a real estate professional or another service. Information submitted at that external destination is handled by the recipient under its own privacy notice. Our no-lead-sales policy does not mean that hosting and analytics providers receive no technical data; their roles are described below.
Information sources and recipients
Information may come from your browser, the pages you request, analytics measurements, supplied publication records, and any correspondence you choose to send. Hosting and analytics providers receive information needed for their respective services. An external professional or inquiry service receives information when you interact with that destination. Public profile and listing information is visible to other visitors and may be indexed by search services. Private correspondence should not be confused with material already published in a professional record.
Browsing and search information
Web hosting and delivery systems may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. This information supports page delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse. Directory searches use a q parameter in the page URL. Search words may therefore appear in browser history, server logs, referral information, or analytics page URLs. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the search bar.
Analytics currently used
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure use of public pages and improve navigation and content. Google may process device identifiers, referral information, pages viewed, and interactions using cookies and similar technologies. Google signals and advertising-personalization features are disabled in our configuration, but analytics measurement remains enabled. Purpose and data minimization
Usage information helps us understand which communities and pages are useful, diagnose delivery problems, improve navigation, and detect misuse. Public professional and property information enables the directory and local content relationships. Provide only the information needed for an inquiry; do not send account credentials, government identifiers, payment-card details, or confidential transaction documents through a general website inquiry.
Contacting a professional
Agent contact and service buttons can open an external website. The destination may receive the selected professional or community context from the link. If you submit your name, email, phone number, or message there, the receiving service and professional handle that submission under their own notices. Local Housing Reports does not treat ordinary browsing as consent to calls, texts, or distribution of a lead.
Public professional and property information
Profiles, article attribution, service towns, and property details are published from supplied records. They can include professional names, brokerage information, portraits, and property photographs. Saved articles may remain in our publication archive after their upstream records change or disappear. Source deletion alone does not automatically erase a published page.
Providers, retention, and security
Hosting, analytics, and linked services process information relevant to their respective roles. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or to protect rights and security. Retention differs between hosting logs, analytics settings, inquiry recipients, and public archives; different records are subject to different retention requirements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and archived publication
Retention depends on the information and purpose: operational records support delivery and security, analytics follows the service’s configured retention, and public articles can form part of a continuing archive. A correction to an upstream database does not necessarily remove a cached page, archived article, or search-engine copy. Requests about a published record should identify its URL and the specific information at issue. We may need to preserve information where required for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.
Requests, identity, and applicable rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access information about processing, obtain a copy, request correction or deletion, or object to or restrict certain processing. The availability of a right depends on your location, the information involved, and the law’s coverage and exceptions. Identity verification may be necessary to prevent disclosure to an unauthorized person. An authorized representative may need to demonstrate permission. Do not send identity documents unless a secure verification method has been arranged.
External collection and international services
An external website may use different providers, store information in other countries, or have different retention and marketing practices. Hosting and analytics can involve processing outside your state, province, or country. Review the destination’s privacy notice before submitting an inquiry or sensitive information.
Children and sensitive information
The publication is a general-audience community and real estate resource, not a service directed to children. Children should not submit personal information through linked professional inquiry forms. If a report concerns a child’s information or another sensitive record, identify the relevant page or collection point without publicly repeating the sensitive details.
Changes to privacy practices
The revision date identifies the version of this notice. Material changes in collection or use should be reflected here and, where required, accompanied by an appropriate notice or choice. A revised notice does not itself override an existing legal requirement to obtain consent or honor a prior privacy commitment.
Privacy requests and contact
Email info@inplex.ai with privacy questions or requests concerning information handled by Local Housing Reports. Use a subject such as Privacy Request, identify the relevant page or interaction, and describe the action requested. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority before acting. Do not send passwords, financial account details, or identity documents by ordinary email. Requests involving a form on another website should also be directed to the service that collected the information.
