Air Permit Hearing Set For October 20

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District will hold a public hearing Tuesday, October 20, at 5 p.m. Eastern time, or 4 p.m. Central time, on a proposed federally enforceable district origin operating permit for Anderson Wood Products Company. The proposed permit, O-0016-26-F, would renew the operating permit for a five-year term. The hearing will be held in the Edison Room at the Edison Center, 701 W. Ormsby Avenue, with public participation information provided by the district. The listed public comment period runs from September 18 through November 4, 2026.
