County Reviews Highland Crossing Replat

Ellis County Commissioners' Court is scheduled to consider a replat request for Highland Crossing, Lots 1R-1 and 1R-2, on Tuesday, October 27, at 2:00 p.m. The approximately 22.170-acre site is about 150 feet south of FM 664 and W. Highland Road in the City of Ovilla's extraterritorial jurisdiction. The application would create one additional lot, for two total, and revise recorded setbacks and easements. The meeting will be held on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 W. Main St., Waxahachie.
