Maritime Art Show Opens October 19

The 2026 Southport Maritime Art Show opens Monday, October 19, at Franklin Square Gallery, 130 E West Street. The gallery will be open for the show from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday through November 14. The exhibition features original two-dimensional and three-dimensional work related to the sea, including boats, waterways, seascapes, and coastal wildlife. The gallery's schedule also lists an October 19 lecture from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., but the show opening itself is scheduled for the gallery's regular 10:00 a.m. opening.
