Parents and caregivers of children ages 7 to 18 can attend a free interactive presentation on Wednesday, October 28, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Sir John A. Macdonald School, 6600 4 St NW, Calgary. Jory McMillan of the Summit will examine barriers to good sleep and ways families can support children's rest, attendance and communication. Lake Bonavista families are invited through the Calgary Board of Education's caregiver series. This session is in person only, with registration available through its flyer.
