Three Sites Collect Unneeded Prescription Drugs

Residents can dispose of old or unneeded prescription drugs Saturday, October 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at three Henrico locations. Collection sites are the Public Safety Building at 7721 E. Parham Road, Fairfield Area Library at 1401 N. Laburnum Avenue and Wegmans at 12200 Wegmans Boulevard. Henrico Police is holding the collection in partnership with the Drug Enforcement Administration. The event offers safe, anonymous disposal at any of the three listed sites during the collection hours.
