Caponi Art Park Hosts Molten Metal Demonstration

Artists from Igneous Metal Arts will demonstrate metal casting at Caponi Art Park on Saturday, October 17, from noon to 4 p.m. During the Hot Metal Iron Pour, visitors can watch skilled artists pour molten metal into open-faced sand molds they have created. The participating nonprofit works to preserve metal casting as an art form and shares the practice through workshops and public casting demonstrations.
