Library Cooking Program Explores Mexican Atole

Residents ages 16 and older can make atole from Mexico during Exploring World Foods at the Hobart library on Wednesday, October 28. The program runs from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Programming Room at 100 N. Main Street. Participants will use the library's AtoZ World Food database and Charlie Cart cooking equipment. Listed ingredients are cornstarch, milk, sugar and vanilla bean. Registration is required and closes October 28; residents can register online, by phone at 219-942-2243 or at a library.
