Coconut Creek will hold a free, public drive-through Drug Take Back on Saturday, October 24, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road. Residents can bring unwanted medications, and Coconut Creek Fire-Rescue personnel will accept sharps and needles at this event only. The collection is not intended for large quantities of medications from commercial businesses. For questions about participating, call the city's public safety information officer at 954-973-6740.
