The Mesa City Council is scheduled to hold a study session Thursday, September 24, from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the Mesa City Hall Study Session location, 20 East Main Street. Study sessions are used for council discussion and policy review before possible action at a later meeting. The city says the meeting agenda will be available at least 24 hours in advance through the city's meeting calendar and in the City Manager's Office.
