East End Festival Brings Music Downtown

The free RVA East End Festival will take place Saturday, September 26, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 17th Street Market, 100 N. 17th Street. The family event features performances by Richmond Symphony members, local professionals, and youth musicians, dancers, and visual artists. The festival supports music and cultural arts programs at eight Richmond Public Schools in the East End. The posted program includes RPS students, the Richmond Symphony, NO BS! Brass Band, and other performers throughout the afternoon.
