Amateur Surf Championships Return September 26

The 2026 Surf Championships for amateur riders are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, September 26 and 27, beginning at 8:00 a.m. The event will be held at either 54th Street or 56th Street in Newport Beach, with the final location determined by the best conditions. Semifinals and finals are scheduled for the second day. Divisions include elementary, middle school, high school, open men's, masters, legends, hall of fame, and open girls. The event is presented by the city and Salty Crew.
