Bottleworks Lane Park Ribbon Cutting

Montgomery Parks has scheduled a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Bottleworks Lane Park on Friday, September 18, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in downtown Silver Spring. The one-acre public park is being built in the South Silver Spring district on the former National Tire and Battery property. Planned amenities include a multi-sport court, fitness and game areas, a playground and nature-play area, dog runs, picnic spaces, a multi-purpose lawn, promenade, and terrace. The project page says construction is continuing through summer 2026 before the ceremony.
