Convenience Center Opens September 21

Franklin Township's Convenience Center will be open Monday, September 21, from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the corner of School Avenue and Berry Street in Somerset. The center is open to residents only. A valid driver's license is required to verify residency when purchasing a pass for eligible materials such as brush, shrub trimmings, hedge clippings, and branches within the posted size limits. The center accepts several recyclable items without a pass, but it does not accept household garbage, construction debris, grass, chemicals, propane tanks, or other listed prohibited materials.
