Broomfield's free Fall Paper Shred Event is scheduled Saturday, September 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Broomfield Municipal Shops, 3951 W 144th Ave. The 2026 event has moved to this location. Broomfield residents may bring up to three banker's boxes of confidential paperwork and up to three 32-gallon trash bags of already shredded paper. The service is intended for documents such as tax, medical and bank records, helping residents dispose of sensitive paperwork securely.
