Price Your Jordan, MN Home for Sale in October 2026
By Dillon Lee
Jordan, MNChoosing your starting price deserves more than copying a nearby listing. My advice is to begin with similar completed sales, then consider competing listings and what distinguishes your home.
In Jordan's latest market report, the typical asking price among homes listed for sale was $446,995. The typical sale price was $483,750. The estimated value of a typical home was $415,400. These figures cover single-family homes, condos, townhouses and apartments, and the estimated value comes from a model rather than an appraisal.
Asking prices and sale prices describe listed and sold groups, so their difference does not establish a pricing premium for your home. A model estimate adds context but cannot substitute for a review of recent sales of similar homes. I would use competing listings separately to assess how your proposed asking price compares with alternatives.
Prepare a list of improvements and known repair needs so we can review condition alongside size and features. Compare similar completed sales with me, noting which differences matter to the price discussion. Decide how much time and expense you are comfortable committing to preparation before setting the asking price.
