Choose Your Jordan, MN Home's Asking Price for October 2026
By Pat Sullivan
Jordan, MNSetting an asking price starts with similar homes, not a townwide target. Your home's details deserve careful attention, and I would work through those differences with you before settling on a starting price.
The latest market report includes Jordan single-family homes, condos, townhouses and apartments. The typical asking price among homes listed for sale was $446,995. The typical sale price was $483,750, measuring completed sales rather than homes still listed for sale. Housing supply, measured in months, was 3.23, a townwide measure rather than a timetable for selling your home.
Asking prices and sale prices describe different groups, so their difference does not establish how you should price your home. I would use completed sales to discuss price support and listed homes separately to examine the alternatives buyers could consider. Starting with an ambitious asking price deserves careful discussion when similar completed sales provide limited support.
Prepare a list of your home's improvements and known repair needs so we can assess condition differences accurately. Review recent sales of similar homes with me, focusing on size, layout and features rather than price alone. Agree on what feedback and comparable-home evidence would prompt another pricing discussion after your home is listed.
