How Should Chandler, AZ Sellers Compare Offers in October 2026?
By Jeff Setlow
Chandler, AZThe strongest offer for your sale is not necessarily the highest price. I would compare the full terms with you, giving your timing needs and the buyer's financing requirements the attention they deserve.
In Chandler's September 2026 market report, homes sold for an average of 97.94% of their list prices. The median sold price was $525,000. The report recorded 210 sold listings for that month. These completed-sale figures cover single-family homes, condos, townhouses and apartments but do not describe the terms of an individual offer.
The average percentage of asking price that homes sold for does not determine whether an offer meets your needs. A higher offer price deserves careful comparison with requested expenses, financing requirements and the proposed closing date. Clear terms help you understand the decision, but they cannot eliminate every uncertainty before the transaction is complete.
List each offer's price, requested seller payments and deposit included with the offer so we can compare the commitments clearly. Review financing and inspection requirements with me, noting the deadlines and questions that need clarification before acceptance. Confirm whether the proposed closing timeline works with the professionals handling the transaction before making your choice.
