Choosing your asking price starts with similar completed sales, not a townwide estimate. I want you to understand the reasoning behind the price before you prepare to list.
For Hollywood single-family homes, condos, townhouses, and apartments, the September 2026 median list price for active listings at month-end was $487,444. The median sold price was $450,000. The median estimated property value was $498,970. Estimated property values come from a valuation model and are not formal appraisals.
I would anchor your pricing discussion in recent sales of similar homes, not select a townwide figure. Asking prices describe what listed homes seek, while completed sales provide evidence of prices actually paid. These figures alone cannot establish the right price for your home.
Gather details about your home's size, condition, and improvements so we can identify relevant completed sales. Review competing homes listed for sale separately, comparing their features and asking prices with your proposed listing. Choose a starting price with me and decide what future feedback would prompt us to revisit it.
