Commack Public Library will host Adult Cooking: Fresh Ricotta on October 20 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Mano Baking Co. will provide a step-by-step demonstration, taste samples, and recipes to take home. Registration is required and opens October 10 at 9:00 a.m. A library card is required to register. The library clarified that participants will not receive cooking kits and that multiple people from the same household may register. The program will be held in the Community Room.
