Astoria 32nd Street Hosts Halloween Open Street

NYC Department of Transportation has scheduled a Trick-or-Streets event on Friday, October 16, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM on 32 Street between 30 Avenue and Newtown Avenue in Astoria. The 31st Ave Open Street Collective is listed as the partner organization. The seasonal program brings pedestrian-oriented Halloween and fall activities to the corridor, so people traveling through the area should expect a change from normal street access during the event hours. NYC DOT notes that events can be delayed or canceled because of weather.
